If you are picking up your order, please check that it is correct at the time you collect it. If there is an issue with the quality of food or service please notify a manager so that we can correct it.
Should an item not be available, we will try to contact you in order to offer an alternative. Should you decline our offer, we will adjust the price for the missing item, and endeavour to credit your account within 3 working days.
We carefully pack our items, but should your order be damaged whilst in transit, or you are unhappy with the item, please contact us at New Culture Revolution by email or ‘phone, and explain the situation and the nature of the damage. We will refund you the cost of the goods or offer a credit on your next order. This will be at our discretion.
We will refund the payment you have made if:-
(a) You cancel your order by telephone (020 7352 9281) provided that we have not prepared and cooked your order at the time we receive your telephone call.
(b) We fail to deliver your order due to circumstances such as traffic conditions, accident or weather conditions.
If we have made a mistake in your order, or there is a shortage, you must contact us by telephone. We will adjust the price accordingly and make any consequent refund.
We strive always to take care of our customers and resolve any issues as best as we possibly can. If, however, the food or service does not meet with your expectations, we will undertake a full investigation.
In the event of the issue of a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 3 working days.
